Played here on a no-holiday Friday at 10am. Cart path only rules applied and shop enforced cart requirement before 2pm. Course was in good shape, as fairways did not seem overly wet. Fairways were good enough for maintenance to drive across. Pace of play was 4 hours and 50 minutes. Walking could not have been slower. No ranger ever showed around the course.

Overrated course, the pin placements were brutal, the pace of play was bottom tier, the staff in the club house were very underwhelming. We got put behind two walkers when we showed up 30 minutes before our tee time. Our front 9 took 3 hours and the hospitality we received was not even bare minimum could just be a bad day. Overall the course is nice although we were shown bad hospitality and had a 3 hour front nine waiting five minutes on every tee box.

Had such a great time and the food was touch notch... The atmosphere was just picturesque... The staff was so friendly and helpful and just plain pleasent... The views of the golf course in the background were an extra bonus for the photos and photographers... The acoustic for the Dj were excellent as well... The Bar was Flowing... Need I say more... I could

My visit to the club for an event was lovely. The atmosphere was calm and the views of the golf course were beautiful on this warm and sunny day. The food was tastefully prepared and the cake was soft and delectable. Very nice!

This is a nice, convenient course just over the river from Philadelphia. They used to provide a cheap walking rate Monday-Wednesday all day, as well as Thurs-Sun after 1pm (~$45). Unfortunately, that now seems to be gone, as carts are mandatory every day until 2pm. This is nothing but a money grab, as now the same round will cost me $77 (71% increase in price compared to last year's walking rate). This game used to be somewhat affordable, but now these courses are jacking up their rates and forcing you to pay extra for a cart. This course is a very easy walking course (short, mostly flat, green to tee distances minimal), walkers do not cause slow play at a course like this. I can understand forcing people to take a cart in the morning on weekends, but why the weekdays? Tuesday at 10am and Saturday at 10am are completely different in terms of how busy a course gets. It makes absolutely no sense and is nothing but greedy. I used to play here 3-4 times a month but will probably not be back because of this greedy BS.
